She was predeceased by: her husband Roger Coslow; her parents, Herbert Lyons and Bessie Mae Robinson Lyons; her son James Baker; and her former husband James "Jim" Baker.
She is survived by: her son Earl Baker (Cynthia Mullins) of Danville; her stepsons, Jeffrey Coslow of Harrodsburg and Jonathan Coslow of Harrodsburg; her sisters, Joyce Blacketer of Harrodsburg and Rita Hicks (Clarence) of Harrodsburg; and her grandchildren, Joshua Baker, Tabatha Baker, James Edward Baker and Megan Baker. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
