He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Coslow and Mattie Baker Coslow; and his siblings, Scottie Coslow, Roger Coslow, Lula Belle Burkhead, Nettie Rae Britton and Janie Gullett.
He is survived by: his children, Tina Eileen, Dennis Hughes Coslow (Cathy) of Cornishville and Terry Stephen Coslow (Gayle) of Danville; his siblings, Harrison Coslow of Willisburg, Barbara Stumph of Harrodsburg, Dorothy "Blondie" Yates of Springfield and Sue Graebe of Shelbyville; and his grandchildren, Dennis Coslow, Jr., Kelli Covington, Kacey Coslow, Stephen Coslow, Kristyna Lewis, Adrianna Devine and Katie Huffman Smith. He is also survived by twelve great grandchildren, and four great-great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
