He was predeceased by: his father James Roberts, Sr.; his mother-in-law Barbara Cummins; and his brother-in-law John Cummins. He is survived by: his mother Judy Bruington Roberts; his wife Nikki Cummins Roberts; his children, Madison Roberts and Matthew Roberts (Rachel Moxley); his siblings, James Roberts, Jr., Virginia Roberts and Glenita Roberts; his father-in-law Edmond Cummins; and his siblings-in-law, Cynthia Kobylski (Michael), Darrel Cummins and Jay-Glenn Cummins. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
