He is survived by : his children, Danny Proctor of Owensboro, Dana Alvey of Tell City, Indiana and Roxanne Proctor of Tell City, Indiana; his stepson David West (Kim) of Tennessee; his brother Russell Proctor; and his grandson James D. Proctor.
