He was predeceased by : his parents, William Charles and Isabelle Hoover Watts; and his brother Tommy Watts. He is survived by : his children, William "Billy" Charles Watts and Melissa Belva (Patrick); his grandchildren, Christopher Watts, Crystal Watts, Farrah Munoz and Vivian Cripps; and his brothers, Harold Watts and Gerald Watts (Cheryl).
