She is survived by: her husband Cluster Belcher; her sons, Phillip Belcher (Ann) of Cheshire, CT and Charles Kevin Belcher (Laurie) of Cape Bay; her grandchildren, Jacob Belcher (Corey), Hannah Belcher Marquardt (Nathan) and Micah Belcher (Nicole); her sister Joy Arnold (Larry); and her siblings-in-law, Shelby Belcher (Betty) and Sharon Vincent. She is also survived by numerous nephews & nieces.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Hartford Funeral Home (114 Walnut St, Hartford, KY 42347). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
