He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Clement Burch and Betty Mullins Burch. He is survived by: his children, Joseph Burch (Rebecca), Kristy Howe and Brian M. Burch (Brook); his stepchildren, Timmy, Jackie, Nicole (Rob) and Treva; and his siblings, Angie Hinton (Mark), Dorinda Luther (Bobby), Tommy Burch (Mina) and Brian Burch (Kathy). He is also survived by five grandchildren and one great grandchild.
