He is survived by : his wife Diane Daugherty Casey Payne; his children, Derrick Payne (Tamera-Lyn), Donna Payne and Stephanie Henderson (James); his stepchildren, Vincent Casey (Shannon), Tony Casey (Jenny) and Amy Phelps (Jeremy); his siblings, Anthony Payne and Thelma Hinton; and his grandchildren, Autumn, Danielle, Colton, Telah, Carmyn and Logan.
