He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Allen and Ava Allen (Nicholson); and his granddaughter Briana Nicole Stevens. He is survived by: his children, Amber Allen (Robert Goldsberry), Dottie Crouch (Scott), Steven Grim (Megan), Andrew Allen (Keya Holzmiller) and Samuel Allen; his daughter-in-law Cameron Nichols; his siblings, Bob Allen, Randy Allen (Julie), Harold Allen and Sandy Moyer; and his great grandchild Linda Allen. He is also survived by 25 grandchildren.
