She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Bell and Laura Chrisler Bell; her husband Francis M. Carpenter, Jr.; her daughter Jennifer Martin; and her siblings, Virginia Daniel and Hugh C. Bell.
She is survived by: her daughter Terri Leigh Brown; her grandchildren, Rachel Leigh Brown, Clarksville and Scott Brown (Emily) of Benton; her great grandchildren, Evan Scott, Ryan Francis and Mallory Jewel Brown of Benton; her sister-in-law Nora C. Carpenter of Hartford; her niece Ruth Conkright; and her nephews, Joey, David Carpenter, Dr. Larry, Ken Daniel (Susan), Mark Bell (Melba) and Rob Bell (Donna).
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Hartford Funeral Home (114 Walnut St, Hartford, KY 42347). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
