He is survived by : his wife Rita Etienne; his children, Natalie Wais (Brian) of Cincinnati, OH, Matthew Etienne (Amanda) and Santa Claus; his grandchildren, Myles, Paige Wais, Mark David, Jack Etienne and Julia Etienne; his siblings, Justin "J. B." Etienne (Jan) of Magnet, Phil Etienne (Joann) of Magnet, Fred Etienne (Nancy) of Magnet, Doyle Etienne (Lana) of Magnet, Margie Edwards (Dave), Ruth Ory, Monica Richard (Charley) and Donna Briggeman (Mike); and his siblings-in-law, David Sailings, Mickey McMahon and Deanna Richardson (Tom).
