She is survived by: her husband Richard Phelps; her sons, Shawn Phelps (Nicole), Brandon Phelps (Jessica), Jamie Phelps (Rosie) and Jonathan Smith (Lakin); her grandchildren, Ava Hunley (Jack), Christian, Shelby Wyatt, Kaleb, Hailey Phelps, Addashae Alfrey, Paisley and Maggie Mae Smith; her great grandchild Gracelynn Mae Hunley; and her siblings, Jimmy Williams (Tonya), Joanna Smith (Johnny) and Keneeda Young.
