Carmel, IL and Sheila Fields of Hartford; his grandchildren, Jim Smith of Chicago, IL, Mike Smith of Evansville, IN, Brad Smith (Molly) of Nashville, TN and Ryan Fields (Talisa) of Owensboro, KY.; his great grandchildren, Charlotte, Emily Smith of Nashville, TN, Nolan and Anderson; his sister Helen Keith of Whiting, IN; his wife Reba Cole (Fieldon); and his siblings, Lenville, Alton, Kenneth Cole, Eranell Cole, Joyce Funk and Mary Jazyk. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
