It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lindy W. Estes of Hawesville, Kentucky, born in Lewisport, Kentucky, who passed away on October 26, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Wallace Estes and Phronia Cavendar Estes; his grandchildren, Jonathan Salcedo, Breanna Daugherty and Bradley Daugherty; and his siblings, Jessie Coultas, Frank Estes and David Estes.
He is survived by : his wife Carol Lyons Estes; his children, Monie Sosh (Larry), Stephanie Nichols (Jerry), Dana Williams, Candy Hodgkins (Ken), Liana Stinnett (Will), Tim Daugherty and Stacey Estes; and his siblings, Marge Raymond, Sylvia Stinnett, Cora Hardin, Betty Bennett, Lilly Patton, Art Estes and John Estes. He is also survived by 25 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
