He was predeceased by : his parents, Horace Moad and Nellie Ricketts Moad; and his brothers, C. W. Moad, Russell Moad and Tolphus Moad.
He is survived by : his wife Billie Faye Moad; his sisters, Nillie Pugh and Martha Embry Perkins; and his sister-in-law Jean Estes. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
