Ada Allen Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ada Allen of Hazard, Kentucky, who passed away on November 30, 2022, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Jefferson Fugate and Martha McIntosh Fugate; her daughter Martina Dawn Estep; her granddaughter Martha Nicole Rashelle Estep; and her sisters, Bonnie Sue Hignite and Lillie Sprague.

She is survived by: her husband Henry Martin Allen; her daughter Misty Allen; her siblings, Bessie Carol Napier and Mack Fugate (Teresa); her grandson Martin Michael Estep; her great grandchildren, Noah and Hayden; and her nephew Friends.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made In Honor of the 300 unit at the Hazard Health and Rehab Center towards the activity fund.
