She is survived by: her children, Donald White of Morehead, KY. and Betty White of Hazard, KY.; her brother Donnie White (Louise) of Willard, KY.; and her grandchildren, Clarissa Meadows (Tyler), Olivia Tilford (Chris), Hannah Hudson (Tyler), Jeffery McIntosh (Sasha) and Luke White.
