She was predeceased by: her parents, Arnold Russell and Ellen Vires Russell; her husband James Everett Williams; her son-in-law Harold Dean Caldwell; her siblings, Leonard Russell, Mary Melton, Della Goodman and Wanda Spencer; her great grandchild Alexis Rheanna Nicole Combs; and her siblings-in-law, Parker Williams, Carl Williams, Nelson Kegley, Christine Williams, Lavina Russell and Mazie Williams Jones.
She is survived by: her daughters, Patricia Ann Williams of Jackson, KY, Phyllis Jean Caldwell of Chavies, Pamela Sue Williams of Chavies and Elizabeth Williams of Lexington, KY; her close friend Sheri Grimm; her siblings, Arville Russell and Wilma Kegley of Vanceburg, KY; her grandchildren, Javon James Williams, Sherri, Josh Combs, Jamie Rhea Turner, Stephanie, Bobby Thomas, Taylor Cheyenne Stallard, Kaylin Sierra Stallard, Jasmine Elizabeth Thurman and Fifteen; her great grandchildren, Krista, Kalin Carroll, Kiyah Nutter, Alayna Burdett, Jordan Gillespie, Azaiah Major, Amiya Major, Sierra Stallard, Alijah Major, Lashane D. Ross, Jakai Quincy, Kyan Ross, Samuel Thomas and Johnny Thomas; and her great great grandchild Rylee Gilbert.
