She was predeceased by : her parents, Dewayne Dials and Peggy Keathley Dials; and her brothers, Edwin Dean Dials and Danny Ray Dials. She is survived by : her husband Harold Harvey; her sons, Jason Harvey (Heather) of Hazard, KY and Jonathan Harvey of Hazard, KY; her sister Vonda Hall (Ronnie) of London, KY; her grandchildren, Kash, Kynslee, Grayson and Rowan; her pet Ace; and her nephew Friends.
