He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father Ray Slick; his uncle Harold Dobson; his aunt Faye Caudill; his mother Lydia Combs of Viper; his sisters, Cindy Elizabeth Combs of Viper and Crystal Melton (Wallace); his siblings' children, Kristian Danielle Melton and Daniel Jakob Melton; his aunt Ellen Dobson; and his close friend Jeffery Jent.
