She is survived by : her close friend Jack Sturgill of Hazard; her sons, Bobby Couch (Tiffany) and Zackery Sturgill of Hazard; her stepchildren, Jennifer Sturgill Patterson, Jason of Monroe, MI, Matthew Sturgill of Muskegon, MI, Eric Sturgill, Tammy of Monroe, MI, Jamie Sturgill and Sarah of Talcum, MI; her siblings, Ricky Charles of Hazard, Earmel Charles (Stephanie) and Theresa Jo Pasko of Charleston, WV; her granddaughter Ailee Couch; and her stepgrandchildren, Emma Patterson, Kolbie Patterson, Nathaniel Sturgill, Matti Sturgill, Landon Sturgill and Caleb Sturgill. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
