With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Bertha Young (Hazard, Kentucky), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 16, 2025 at the age of 91. She was predeceased by: her parents, Milford Young and Elizabeth Eddington Young; her sons, Archie Lee Joseph and David Joseph; and her siblings, Vollie, Jasper, Howard, Bill, Jesse, Orville, Arsel, Suda Hamons, Armilda Turner, Faye Reynolds and Lucy Stallard.
She is survived by: her children, Bobby Ray Joseph (Merkie), Larry Joseph (Gracie), Gary Joseph (Muriel), Debra Dillion and Dorothy Jones (Louie); and her siblings, Arthur Young and Gladys Abelle. She is also survived by grandchildren, 1-great great grandchild, and a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives & friends.
