She was predeceased by: her parents, Kelly Combs and Edna Wooton Combs; her daughter Bethany Sizemore; and her siblings, Ivan Combs, Danny Combs, Jerry Combs, Bert Combs, Alice Riley, Rose Sandlin and Dolly Combs.
She is survived by: her husband Ronnie McIntosh of Buckhorn, KY; her children, Kelly Ingram of Buckhorn, KY, James Ronnie McIntosh, Jr. of Sixteen Mile, Charlena Jones of Chavies, KY and Vera Wooton of Buckhorn, KY; and her sister Vera Dean Amos of South Carolina. She is also survived by Grandchildren, Great-Grandchildren, and other relatives & friends.
