It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billy Ray Stidham (Hazard, Kentucky), who passed away on December 12, 2025, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Mavis Cornett Stidham. He is survived by: his daughters, Teresa Lynn Caudill of Slemp and Jeanetta Sue Campbell (Michael); his grandchildren, Christie Hollins, Matt Buel of Slemp, Ben Caudill of Hazard, Bekah Whitaker and Kirby of Nicholasville; his great grandchildren, Alex Combs, Destiny Young of Slemp and Jayden Star Combs of Slemp; and his great great grandchild Ellie Kate Combs of Slemp. He is also survived by other relatives & friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, December 20th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM and at 3:00 PM at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home (301 E Main St, Hazard, KY 41701-1922).
