He is survived by: his children, Chandra Turner of Whitesburg, Juanita Adams of Hazard, Elizabeth Holland of Hazard and Blake Hurt, Jr. of Hazard; and his grandsons, Nathan and Tyler Hurt. He is also survived by other grandchildren and other relatives & friends.
