He is survived by: his stepfather Clark Pennington; his wife Donna Neace; his children, Kenneth (Jamie), Brownloe (Christy), Linda Haney (Darrell) and Lisa Neace; his grandchildren, Nikki Haney (AJ), Matthew Whitaker (Monica), Jacob Whitaker, Makenzie Neace (Cody), Taylor Neace and Kadelyn Neace; his great grandchild Grayson Whitaker; and his siblings-in-law, Linda Campbell (Carl) and Charlie Combs (Martha).
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 3rd 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home (301 E Main St, Hazard, KY 41701).
