He is survived by: his children, Billy Wayne Mullins (Markeyia) and Bethany Nicole Lynn Mullins (Ethan); his granddaughters, Keira Mullins, Aurora Hall and Willow Hall; and his siblings, Jimmy Mullins (Eula), Randy Baker (Kathy), Cletta Faye Miller and Barbara Johnson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other relatives & friends.
