He is survived by: his wife Charlotte; his children, Charles Dewayne Fugate "Waynie", Dakota Glenn Fugate, Jennifer Ann Fugate and Connie Fugate; his sisters, Glenna Sue Wagers (Willie, Jr.), Linda Kaye Slone (Paul), Brenda Taulbee (Sam) and Connie Lynn Combs (Steve); his grandchildren, Dalton Ray Fugate, James Nicholas Fugate, Jayden Seth Fugate, Rachel Popp, Cortney Fugate, Breanna, Jacob Popp, Skyler Feltner, Gage Fugate and Ava Fugate; and his close friends, Bobby Singleton, Lonnie and Mary Fugate. He is also survived by three great grandchildren.
