He is survived by: his sister Rita Gross Snyder of Hazard, KY; his half-siblings, Janice Horton of Hyden, Pam Ashley of Hazard, Eloise Cotrel of Missouri, Buck Gross of Lexington, KY, Jack Gross of Louisville, KY, Jerry Gross of Hazard, KY and David Gross of Hazard, KY; and his cousins, John Frank Gross, Donna Lindon, Stuart Duff, Angela Duff, Larry Perkins and Linda Lane. He is also survived by cousins, and other relatives and friends.
