He is survived by: his wife Janice Skiles of Hazard, KY; his daughter Donna Smith of Hazard, KY; his granddaughter Amy Lopez (Michael Tyler); his great grandchild Asher Michael Lopez; and his niece Tara Coots. He is also survived by many other relatives & friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Eastern Kentucky Veterans Center in honor of Charles William Skiles and the service to his country at 200 Veterans Drive – Hazard, Kentucky 41701.
