She is survived by: her daughter Crystal Miller (Zon); her grandchildren, Kristina Engle, Jason of Vicco, Kaleigha Jewell and Isaiah of Hazard; her great grandchildren, Ryan, Kingston, Jude and Grayson; and her siblings, George Tackett (Gayle), William Tackett (Wanda), Josephine Combs of Hazard, Kem Tackett (Karen) and Penny Ison (Bob). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and many other relatives & friends.
