She is survived by: her children, Janice Applegate, Jessica Hogan and Keith Smith; her siblings, Vicki Grubbs, Betty Combs and Brack Combs; and her grandchildren, Kira Stacy, Hailey Applegate, Tess Stacy, Logan Applegate, Makenzie Feltner, Caroline Feltner, Peyton Feltner, Cody H, Keashia Lawson, James Curry, JoJo Grubbs and Annagail Dugger.
