She is survived by: her son Lee Collins (Melanie); her sister Teresa Karr; her granddaughter Brooklyn Collins; and her close friend Margaret "Bugs" Deaton.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 21st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home (301 E Main St, Hazard, KY 41701-1922). A funeral service will be held on Monday, July 21st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
