He is survived by: his fiancé Debi Campbell of Hazard; his children, Shawn Webb (Kiristen), Dalena Webb of Hazard, KY, Makeisha Webb of Fort Wayne, IN, Conner Friley and Caitlyn Friley; his sisters, Rowena Collins (Robert) and Tootie Adams (Tommy); and his grandchildren, Lexie Webb, Ezra Webb, Maven Webb, Emerson Webb and Wolfric Justin.
