With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dale Turner (Hazard, Kentucky), born in Cincinnati, Ohio, who passed away on August 24, 2023 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Turner and June Turner. He is survived by: his children, Ryan Turner, Rodney Turner, Kelly Dean and Tina Cushman; his siblings, Lee Turner, Anna Parker and Nancy Adkins; his grandchildren, Tabitha Gray, Josh Gray, Zayla Turner, Makayla Turner, Carson Turner, Kaelyn Dean and Adelyn Dean; and his great grandchildren, Aspen Gray and Ariana Gray. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
