He is survived by: his wife Sherron McIntosh; his daughters, Missy Maggard (Charlie) of Chavies and Dee Peavley (Mark) of Winchester, KY; his grandchildren, Lee Watts, Tyler Peavley, Nikki Hunt and Ashley Collins; and his siblings, Judy Kovak and Donnie McIntosh. He is also survived by Ten Great Grandchildren.
