He was predeceased by: his grandparents, David, Jeanne Patterson, Johnny Smith, Maxine Fagues, Homer Fagues, Ebb and Mildred Epperson; and his nephew Lincoln Williams.
He is survived by: his parents, Jack Epperson of London, KY and Pattie Smith (Frank); his siblings, Sean Williams (Tiffany), P. J. Amburgey of Hazard, Melonie Williams, Gene of Hazard and Aerabella Smith of Hazard; his aunts, Teresa Huff, Arlis, Debbie Greer and Dale; his uncle Bill Epperson (Joyce); and his brother Leonard Tole.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to the Avawam Fire Department at 3680 Ky Hwy 80 – Hazard, Kentucky 41701.
