He is survived by: his wife Deborah Hensley; his son Darren Fraley of Big Creek, KY; his siblings, Lois J and Kelly James Hensley of Hazard, KY; his granddaughters, Katrina Lynn Fraley and Alyssa Erin Fraley; and his great grandchild Willow Emmeryn Slone. He is also survived by Nieces, Nephews.
