She is survived by: her husband Jim Collins of Bonnyman, KY; her children, Jamie Engle (Wayne), Tina Beverly (Keith), Verlin Sumner, Leslea of Bulan, Jimmy Collins, Jess of Bonnyman and William Collins of Paducah; and her siblings, Michael Smith of Vicco and Anna Herald of Combs. She is also survived by great grandchild; also a host of other relatives & friends.
