It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Della Colwell (Hazard, Kentucky), who passed away on January 26, 2024, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Jackson Feltner and Siller Caldwell; her husband Perkins Colwell; and her siblings, Zola Feltner, Merrill Rhoden, Clifford Feltner and Claude Feltner.

She is survived by : her children, Christopher Colwell of Bonnyman and Crystal Colwell (Bill Noble); her siblings, Boyd Feltner of Bonnyman, Charles Eddie Feltner of Bonnyman, Bernice Napier of Knott Co, Glenna Rose Johns, Loretta Boone of Bristol, TN and Peggy Sue Miller of Chavies; and her grandsons, Jonathan Colwell and Krisstopher Colwell.
