He was predeceased by: his parents, Lincoln Begley and Pearl Combs Begley; and his siblings, Imogene Couch, Tina Begley, Ted Begley, Ronnie Begley, Eugene Begley and Clarence Begley.
He is survived by: his wife Sheila Begley of Combs, Kentucky; and his brother William Begley of Corbin, Kentucky. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other relatives & friends.
