She is survived by: her husband Lawrence Smith of Indianapolis, IN; her son Lawrence Jr. Smith (Lori); her grandchildren, Alicia Taylor, Logan Taylor, Isaac Collins, Michaela Collins and Ahnna Smith; her great grandchildren, Kaiden Taylor, Grayson Taylor, Waylon Taylor, Myles Collins and Addalyn Taylor; her siblings, Adam Fugate and Brenda Stidham; and her nephew Patrick Fugate. She is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and other relatives and friends.
