He is survived by : his wife Lisa Olson of Hazard; his children, Max Olson of Lexington, KY, Steven Olson, Jennifer Wagoner of Lexington, KY, Mackenzie Fugate (Victor) and Amy Gabbard of Hazard; and his siblings, Tom Olson of Omaha, NE, David Olson of Omaha, NE, Mike Olson, Chris Olson of Omaha, NE, Janet of Omaha, NE and Liz of Omaha, NE. He is also survived by Five Grandchildren.
