She is survived by: her daughters, Missy Gross of Barbourville, KY, Kathie Marie Combs (John Allen), Omie Pierce of Hazard and Melinda Sue Campbell of Bonnyman; her siblings, Arnold McIntosh, Patricia Campbell (Jimmy), Martha Turner (Roger B.), Debbie McIntosh and Christine Combs of Lee Co; her grandchildren, Stephanie Marie Johnson, Andrew, Alan Campbell, Whitney, Patrick Brandon McDaniel, Stephen Daniel Combs, Joshua Morris, David Matthew Combs, Katie, Kaitlyn Michelle McDaniel, Stacy Renee Simmons, Joe, Habana Jones, Skylar Campbell and Gage Ritchie; and her great grandchildren, Hailey Brock, Jasmine Brock, Jon Johnson, Natalie Combs, Connor Combs, Bryson Combs, Arie Croucher and Dakota Croucher.
