He was predeceased by: his parent Eddie Ray Wooton. He is survived by: his parent Jean Karol Perkins Wooton; his sister Kristy Napier (Justin) of Hazard, KY; and his cousins, Kenneth Miller and Eddie Wayne Edwards. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, family & friends.
