It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edgar Steven Napier of Hazard, Kentucky, born in Hyden, Kentucky, who passed away on May 28, 2023, at the age of 51, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Bobby Napier and Shirley Banks Napier; and his siblings, Timothy Napier and Cheryl Napier Baker. He is survived by: his son Edgar Steven Napier; his close friend Tonya Sword of Clayhole, KY; his children, Steven Napier of Elizabethtown, KY and Madison Napier of Elizabethtown, KY; and his siblings, Boyd Napier (Krista Stacy Napier) and Barbara Combs (Samuel).
