He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Bellomy and Parilee Bellomy; and his siblings, Rick Bellomy, Shirley, Edna and Mary Belle Bellomy.
He is survived by: his children, Bonnie Johnston of Ashland, KY, Christie Adams (James) of Georgetown, KY and Eddie Bellomy of Georgetown, KY; and his brother Roger Bellomy of Ashland, KY. He is also survived by Grandchildren, Great Grandchildren, Nieces, Nephews.
