He was predeceased by: his parents, Galley Collins and Olive Collins of Hazard, Kentucky.; and his brothers, Douglas Collins and James Collins. He is survived by: his wife Mary S. Collins (Caldwell) of Lancaster; his children, Phyllis J. McCrory (Tony), Alan E. Collins (Tammy) and Carolyn C. Collins; his grandchildren, Kelsey Wolfenbarger (Matt Sonick), Emily Samano (Ashor), Alex McCrory, Evan Lyons, Molly McCrory, Jack McCrory, Mary Lyons and Connor Lyons; his great grandchild Vivienne Samano; his sister Betty Jo Holliday; and his nephews, Douglas Holliday and Douglas Collins.
