Spurgeon, Jr. (Lois), James Edward Spurgeon of Ary, David Spurgeon of Avawam, KY, Octa Elaine Spurgeon, Thomas Bush of Campton, KY and Cynthia Spurgeon Perry of Ary, KY; his brother Wayne Spurgeon (Lillian); and his grandchildren, Jamie Stidham, James Junior, Aaron Scott Spurgeon, Beau Spurgeon, Erica Miniard, Lee Spurgeon, Ashley Collins, Dalton Noble, Ian Spurgeon, Eli Spurgeon, Ethan Spurgeon and Eric Payton Spurgeon. He is also survived by Great-Grandchildren and other relatives and friends.
