She was predeceased by: her parents, Rube Estep (Sophie Estep) and Henry Collins (Sadie Collins); her husband Alonzo Smallwood; and her sons, Senior Ray Smallwood, Charles Stevie Smallwood, James Smallwood and Kenneth Smallwood.
She is survived by: her daughter Janet Stidham; her brothers, Carter Estep, Robert Collins (Bessie), Elbert Estep, David Collins and Teddy Collins; and her daughters, Deanna Napier and Dellorrie. She is also survived by one grandson, one great-grandchild, and other beloved siblings, including three brothers and two sisters.
